What the signal does—and does not—mean.

Does “no matching document found” mean nobody is appointed?

No. It means no matching specialist document was visible in the public register when checked. Private appointments may not be published.

Do you cover every North West council?

No. The pilot scans available sources. Some councils use unsupported systems or temporarily block document access, and those gaps are not presented as complete coverage.
